Go to https://www.nevadamidwives.org/

Go to [Create Account]
- Fill out the brief form, and click
- [Create New Account]

Text Corrine at 702-643-9433 or any NMA Committee Member, asking them to activate your account.

Check for an email from sysadmin@nevadamidwives (CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER!!!)
 

Click on the link in the email.

Verify your password. 

Now go to [My account],

then [EDIT],

then [Member Directory Listing]
